摘    要:知识产权保护评价是国际科技合作知识产权保护的关键环节和决策依据。在深入分析国际科技合作知识产权保护影响因素的基础上,构建了国际科技合作知识产权保护评价指标体系,运用AHP和GRA方法构建了基于AHP-GRA的综合评价模型,并利用该模型对东北三省国际科技合作知识产权保护评价进行实证分析。

Abstract:Intellectual property rights(abbreviated as IPRs) protection evaluation is the key link and decision basis of IPRs protection of international cooperation in science and technology.Based on the detailed analysis of factors influencing IPRs protection of international cooperation in science and technology,this dissertation builds an evaluation index system for IPRs protection of international scientific and technological cooperation,constructs a comprehensive evaluation model which combines the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with gray relational analysis(GRA) method,then puts this model into the three northeast province’s IPR protection of international scientific and technological cooperation.
