| 摘 要： | 以1995-2006年我国高技术产业的省际面板数据为基础,运用熵指数和行业集中度对我国高技术产业总体及其各行业的集聚度进行精确的度量。结果表明,我国高技术产业的集聚度越来越高,产业地方专业化程度不断加强。高技术产业集聚与经济发展有较强的相关性,但由于高技术产业集聚梯次发展的特点也加剧了区域经济发展的不均衡。因此,要引导产业资源的优化配置,建立合理的产业分工和协作体系,形成优势互补的区域合作机制。

| Abstract: | Based on panel data of China's 31 provinces during the period of 1995-2006, this paper uses Entropy index and Concentration ratio to calculate high-tech industry cluster degree exactly. From the results we can find that High-tech industry cluster degree in China is continually high. Meanwhile, regional industry specialization is greatly strengthened. There is a high correlation between high-tech industry cluster and economy development. However, it is scalar development of high-tech industry cluster that aggravate the unbalance development of region economy. The diverse distribution of high-tech industry cluster is good for each region to exert their comparative advantage. So we should allocate industry resources well, found rational industry division collaboration system, and form regional cooperation mechanism of advantage complementary. |
