| 摘 要： | 在对战略管理理论发展历程简要回顾的基础上,通过对现有资源观研究的评估和梳理,确定了动态能力需要解决的关键问题。澄清了动态能力的概念,并识别了反映企业间动态能力共同特性的三个成份因子。构建了一个包括动态能力前因、过程和结果的整合框架的研究模型,总结了三个命题。最后讨论了相关的管理启示。 |

| Abstract: | Based on a brief review of the development process of strategic management,dynamic capabilities approach,which is one of the most concerned forefront approaches in this area,has sufficient purpose and great importance to be studied deeply.After assessing the status of researches using resource based view,the key questions surrounding dynamic capabilities need to be studied and clearly identified.Then,the concept of dynamic capabilities is clarified and three component factors of dynamic capabilities of firms are recognized.Also,a research model about dynamic capabilities,encompassing antecedents,process and consequences,is developed and three propositions are summarized.Finally,future directions and management implications are discussed. |
