| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和国内竞争国际化的背景下,国际化正在成为中国企业发展战略的重要组成部分。特别是2004年以来,中国企业以大型跨国并购为主要方式的国际化战略日益引起关注。但与发达国家的企业不同,中国企业所处的转型经济复杂环境与后发展型企业的特殊性引发了国外企业国际化理论对中国企业是否适用的问题。基于此,在对企业国际化的主要理论系统梳理的基础上,深入剖析企业国际化战略的条件、路径与模式问题,并指出了对中国企业的启示。 |
