| 摘 要： | 以企业网络为组织间学习的重要环境，提出了组织间学习过程的二维模型。该模型包括两个维度：知识转移维度和经验积聚维度。知识转移维度是企业获取、吸收和内化知识的过程，而经验学习维度是企业在不断的知识转移过程中积累学习经验，并对后期的知识转移过程具有正反馈作用。

| Abstract: | On the context of enterprises network, a two-dimension model of inter-organizational learning process is proposed. This model consists of two dimensions: knowledge transferring and experienced learning. The former is a process of sharing, absorbing, and internalizing knowledge, while the latter is a process of experience accumulation during knowledge transfer process, which has a positive-feedback effect on later knowledge transfer. |
