| 摘 要： | 在解读国际组织有关文献、总结国际组织关于公民科学素质有关论述的基础上，研究国际组织对公众科学素质的理解。结论是：国际组织对公众科学素质的理解具有结构化的、行动的、连续的和广艾的特点，并且可以用这些特点来解释国际组织时当前科学教育缺陷的判断和他们的公众科学素质建设指导思想。

| Abstract: | Based on the interpretation of international organizations' IOs' documents and the IOs' opinion about the impound implication that science literacy has for individuals and society the author suggests that the IOs' understanding of public science literacy should be of the characteristics of continuous organic functional and comprehensive. Furthermore the author analyzes the IOs' judgment that is in accordance with this brand new understanding about the defect of current science education system and the IOs' instructive ideas to improve public science literacy. |
