| 摘 要： | 从创业资源入手，对新创企业关键资源进行了系统的分类，并在总结前人有关研究的基础上，重新构建了新创企业资源整合过程模型，从资源管理的角度对新创企业资源识别、资源获取和资源开发过程进行了分析，强调了新创企业资源整合过程模型的动态性，并在此基础上进一步提出了未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | This paper focus on the entrepreneurial resources, analyzes the resource types in new venture, and reconstructs the resource combination process during new venture creation based on the previous research. This research builds the resource combination model from three stages which are resource identification, resource acquisition, and resource development. The paper emphasizes the dynamic character of resource combination process. Some questions in this field are given to further research in the future in the end of the paper. |
