| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业的成长有着明显的阶段特征.首先从资金需求和来源、财务状况、组织结构、创新行为、风险特征、市场环境等六个方面对我国科技型中小企业成长阶段的特征进行定性的分析,然后根据调研情况给出了一个量化划分标准.

| Abstract: | There is obvious stage character in the course of SMEs' growing. This paper made a detailed qualitative analysis to stage character in the course of SMEs' growing in China from six aspects, capital demand, capital source, organizing structure, innovation behavior, risk character, market environment and so on. Then this paper gave a quantitative distinguish criterion based on the investigation condition. |
