| 摘 要： | 在全球化的国际竞争压力之下，国家之间、企业之间的竞争优势逐步建立在其研发能力以及技术创新能力的基础之上。对于发展中国家而言，知识资本全球化是个不容抗拒的现实，其中重要的问题是如何使国内体制与国际更兼容，才能更多地从全球化中受益。

| Abstract: | Under the pressure of international competition of the globalization, the competition advantage between countries and enterprises is gradually building on the basis of their capability for research and technical innovation. The globalization of knowledge capital is an existing reality for the developing countries. The key problem is how to make the national constitution and international constitution more compatible, and then can acquire more profit from the globalization. |
