| 摘 要： | 为适应节约型社会和节约型企业的建设要求,企业有必要建立完善的节约型企业文化。对于节约型企业文化的建设,首先探讨了其内涵以及建设的意义,并重点分析了节约型企业文化建设应该包含的一些思想和理念,最后提出了节约型企业文化的建设策略。

| Abstract: | To adapt the construction request of abstemious society and enterprises, it is necessary for the enterprise to build a consummate abstemious enterprise culture. For the construction of abstemious enterprise culture, this paper discusses its connotation and its significance firstly, then stressly analyses some ideas and thinking about the construction, at last puts forward some construction strategy. |
