| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育体制改革的不断深入,市场经济所独具有的自主性、竞争性和开放性等特点使高等院校开始了资源的激烈竞争。地方高校在获取资源有限的情况下,必须加强办学特色研究,遵循比较优势和错位竞争的原则,形成自己的独特办学特色和优势,扩展自身生存和发展的空间。
