| 摘 要： | 随着社会的进步、人类的发展,科学、技术和社会的关系日益密切,科学技术在社会发展中的作用日益突出,贝尔纳的《科学的社会功能》对于正确认识科学技术与社会的关系具有开拓意义。在重读该书的基础上,深入分析了科学技术的社会功能在人类历史和社会发展中善与恶的悖论性,提出在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,更应充分认识科学技术的基础推动作用,并重视科技伦理。

| Abstract: | With social advancement and human development,science and technology becomes closer and closer with society.The effects of science and technology becomes more and more significant on social development.The Social function of Science,written by J.D.Bernal,is a pioneer in recognizing the relation of science and technology and society.This paper,on the basis of rereading this great work,studies the paradox of social function of science and technolgy in the development of human society.It is argued that in the process of constructing socialistic harmonious society,science and technology should have basic promoting effect and ethic of science and technology should be paid more attention. |
