| 摘 要： | 分析了我国国民经济水平、城市化水平、居民收入水平以及国家产业结构调整情况对我国房地产业的影响程度,结果显示这几个因素对我国房地产的发展都存在影响,影响程度由大到小依次为城市化水平、国家经济发展水平、国家产业结构变动、居民收入水平。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the influence of national economy,urbanization level,residents’ income level and industrial structure adjustment level to real estate in our country.The result shows all these four factors have effect on the real estate industry.The rank from large to small is urbanization level,national economic development level,industrial structure adjustment level,residents’ income level. |
