| 摘 要： | 随着著作权法的实施与普及,期刊编辑对作者著作权的保护意识逐步增强,但与著作权法的要求还有一定的差距,甚至在编校工作还存在不少违反著作权法的做法。从著作权法规定的作者享有的人身权和财产权两大权利出发,分析了期刊编辑在保护作者人身权和财产权方面存在的不足,提出了解决措施和思路,以期增强期刊编辑对作者著作权的保护意识。
