| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO并成为WTO基础电信协议的成员国之一，中国将允许外资在电信业领域持股、经营，这势必对中国电信业产生巨大的影响。从中国电信的现状、加入世贸组织后的挑战分析，找出对策并用西方经济学相关原理加以佐证分析。

| Abstract: | China has entered the WTO and become a member of the WTO'S Basic Agreement of Telecommunications.China will allow the foreign capital to hold stocks and run business in the field of Telecom in China.It goes without saying that the policy will influence China telecom greatly.This article analyzes the nowadays situation of China Telecom and the challenges which we will meet after entering WTO.This article puts forward the measures to the new situation.The theories related to economics will be used to testify and analyze it. |
