| Abstract: | The current situation and characteristics of network publishing in China was summarized, bottleneck fac- tors of micro and macro level influencing network publishing in China were analyzed and explored. The counter- measure and suggestions, such as strengthening the network publishing industry, speeding up technological innova- tion, improving international competitive power, unifying standards, are proposed. |
