| 摘 要： | 针对中国中小企业产学研合作的现状,分析了影响中小企业与科研机构产学研合作的制约因素,采用定性研究,结合发达国家促进中小企业参与产学研合作的相关做法,提出了我国中小企业参与产学研活动的相关政策建议.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to present the current state of this cooperation of Chinese SMEs and to analyse restriction factors of university-SME interactions in China.The research is designed based on university-industry interaction practices and policy in developed countries with qualitative analysis.Referenced with the policy in developed countries,some suggestions about policy of cooperation of industry,university and research about SMEs are put forward. |
