| 摘 要： | 企业的战略协同能力决定了其市场地位,技术路线图是实现科技型中小企业战略协同的有效方法,系统介绍了T-plan技术路线图的制定流程,在此基础上从战略要素协同机制、隐性资源利用、提升核心能力三方面分析了T-plan技术路线图对科技型中小企业实现协同效应的作用。

| Abstract: | The strategic synergy competence of an enterprise determines its market position.Technology roadmap is an effective method for realizing the synergy.This research systematically describes the establishment process of T-plan technology roadmap,analyses the effect of T-plan technology roadmap on strategic synergy of high-tech small and medium enterprises from the aspects of strategic synergy elements,tacit resources utilizing and core competence promoting. |
