| 摘 要： | 在理论分析的基础上,构建了电子通信产业国际竞争力的评价指标体系,并成功地运用该指标体系对我国、美国、新加坡、日本等9个国家电子通信产业国际竞争力的现实状况进行了实证分析。分析的结果表明：第一,我国电子通信产业国际竞争力较强,总量位居全球第五,但是和美国、韩国、日本这3个国家相比,、则相对处于比较弱势的地位;第二,我国电子通信产业的生产要素、国内需求、生产能力方面具有相对竞争优势,尤其生产能力有望超越美国;第三,我国电子通信产业跟美国、韩国、日本等国的差距主要表现在产业环境和产业生产效率这两个方面,即它们制约我国电子通信产业国际竞争力提高的两大＂瓶颈＂。最后,本文提出了提高我国电子通信产业国际竞争力的相关建设性建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper builds international competitiveness evaluation index system of the electronic communications industry,and successful use of the reality of the indicator system for the international competitiveness of the nine countries including China,the United States,Singapore,Japan and other electronic communications industry.The analysis showed that: First,The international competitiveness of China’s electronic communications industry is strong,which ranked the fifth in the world,but these three countries including the United States,Korea,Japan are in the relatively more vulnerable position.Second,the factors of production of the electronic communications industry in China including domestic demand,production capacity relative competitive advantage,in particular,the production capacity is expected to overtake the United States.Third,the gap among China’s electronic communications industry and the United States,South Korea,Japan and other countries existed in these two aspects:the environment and industrial production efficiency,namely,they govern the international competitiveness of China’s electronic communications industry to improve the two"bottlenecks".Finally,the paper has put forward constructive suggestions to improve the international competitiveness of China’s electronic communications industry. |
