| 摘 要： | 改革开放30多年来,中国高校学报和改革开放初相比得到了极大的发展和提高,但是还存在着许多问题和不足.有必要切实采取各种措施,在争取宏观政策的同时,不断地推进期刊的改革和发展.探索高校学报在非时政期刊改革中的新思路,即在期刊准确定位的基础上,转变经营模式,逐步实现高校学报的网络化、信息化、集团化和国际化.使高校学报在提升学术质量的同时,更好地为国家科研创新服务,长期保持健康稳定地发展.

| Abstract: | In 30 years of reform and opening-up, Chinese university journals have made great development and im- provement compared to the beginning of reform and opening-up, but many problems and shortcomings still exist. It is neecessary to take various measures to promote the reform and development of journals constantly, while striving for the macro policy. This article has explored the new ideas of university journals during the time of non-current-af- fair periodicals reform. On the basis of accurate positioning, we should change business model, and gradually a- chieve the networking, informationization, collectivization and internationalization of university journals. As raising the academic quality, Chinese university journals can offer a better service for national research and innovation, and maintain healthy and stable development for a long time. |
