| 摘 要： | 科研团队创新是组织创新的支柱和后盾，知识运作是科研团队创新的基础和引擎。分析了科研团队的本质特征，并根据知识类别及其特性，构建3种知识运作模式，提出知识运作保障措施，为科研团队创新提供了知识管理方法和技术。

| Abstract: | The research team innovation forms the innovative prop and backing and takes knowledge operation as its foundation and engine. The authors of this paper analyze the research team＇s substantive characteristics, construct three kinds of knowledge operation patterns, propose the safeguard measures for knowledge operation, and provide the knowledge management and the technology for the research team innovation. |
