| 摘 要： | 传统的中小企业组织结构已不能适应目前激烈的竞争环境，必须进行组织结构创新。在分析陕西省中小企业的组织结构、法人治理结构的基础上，提出了陕西省中小企业，应在企业内部实行组织结构的扁平化、柔性化和企业之间实行战略联盟的思路。

| Abstract: | Traditional organizational structure of small-medium-sized enterprises is unsuitable to competitive situation currently;so organizational structure innovation is inevitable.This paper,based on organizational structure and the administration of the structure of corporate juridical person of small-medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi province,puts forward the way that small-medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi province should perform the flat and flexible organizational structure inside and implement strategic union. |
