学习型文化的发展阶段与个体创新行为的关系研究

摘    要:以Watkins和Marsick的理论为基础,对46个组织中的391名员工进行了问卷调查,得到结论:组织在学习型文化发展的起步、培育、成长和成熟4个阶段具有不同的学习模式;个体创新行为在不同的学习型文化发展阶段具有显著的差异。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical framework proposed by Watkins and Marsick,this study conducted questionnaires survey in 46 Chinese organizations and acquired a sample of 391 subjects. The results show that: learning mode has significant difference in the developmental stage of learning culture which includes initiation,cultivation, growth and mature stage ; individual innovative behavior has improved significantly with the development of learning culture.
