| Abstract: | The paper elaborates the important role of sci-tech novelty retrieval in sci-tech innovation, and discusses the methods of sci-tech novelty retrieval from three aspects of original innovation, integrative innovation, and re-innovation after introduction, as- similation and absorption. Then the paper introduces related cases to prove the importance of sci-tech novelty retrieval. |
