| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在提升公共图书馆网络信息服务水平。方法/过程]采用网络调查法、问卷调查法对国内31家省级公共图书馆的网络信息服务进行调研,包括百度指数、日均UV和WCI指数调研,图书馆官方网站调研,图书馆微信平台调研及问卷调研。结果/结论]公共图书馆应从提高图书馆网络信息服务人员的信息素养、加强图书馆网站和微信平台信息建设等方面提升网络信息服务水平。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to improve the level of network information services of public libraries.Method/process]The network information services of 31 provincial public libraries in China are investigated by the method of network survey and questionnaire including Baidu index daily average UV and WCI index library official website research library WeChat platform research and questionnaire research.Result/conclusion]The public library should improve the network information service level from the aspects of improving the information literacy of library network information service personnel strengthening the information construction of library website and WeChat platform. |
