| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在揭示国外用户健康信息搜索行为的内容、特点及趋势,以期为我国用户健康信息搜索行为领域的研究提供借鉴和参考。方法/过程]以Web of Science为数据源,对86篇文献采用综合、归纳、对比等方法进行综合分析,从相关概念、研究对象、研究方法等方面对知识脉络研究进行梳理,按老年人、成年人、青年人分别对健康信息搜索行为研究进行述评。结果/结论]研究进展及对我国用户搜索行为研究的启示包括:①国外研究对象主体更加多元化;②国外信息搜索行为研究内容比较接地气;③研究方法不必过度“数学化”和“模型化”;④学术语言要具有可读性。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to reveal the contents,characteristics and trends of the researches on user’s health information search behaviors at abroad,so as to provide references for the research in the field of user’s health information search behaviors in China.Method/process]The paper takes Web of Science as the data source,makes a comprehensive analysis on 86 articles by the methods of synthesis,induction and comparison,sorts out the research of knowledge context of research from the aspects of related concepts,research objects and research methods,and reviews the research of health information search behavior by the elderly,adults,and young people respectively.Result/conclusion]Research progress and the enlightenment to the research of user’s search behavior in China include:①the foreign research subjects are more diversified;②foreign research on information search behavior is more grounded;③the research methods need not be excessively“mathematicalized”and“modeled”;④the academic language should be readable. |
