| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]分析县级政务微信平台信息服务中存在的不足和问题,提出针对性的改进建议,帮助其创新服务内容,提高服务水平。方法/过程]构建信息服务质量评价指标体系,通过问卷方式收集案例平台的用户评价信息并进行分析评价,结合用户访谈,整理分析用户的使用感受。结果/结论]该评价体系可以作为县级政务微信平台信息服务质量评价应用。当前一些县级政务微信平台信息服务在有形性、响应性、实用性和移情性方面还存在不足,有待加强和改善。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper aims to evaluate the information service quality of county-level government WeChat platform in order to discover its shortcomings and problems,and propose targeted improvement suggestions to help county government innovate service contents and improve service level.Method/process]The paper constructs information service quality evaluation index system,collects and analyzes users*evaluation information of WeChat platform through questionnaires.Combined with user interviews,the users’use experiences are analyzed.Result/conclusion]This evaluation system can be used as the information service quality evaluation application of county-level government WeChat platform.At present,some information services of county-level government WeChat platform are still insufficient in terms of tangibility,responsiveness,practicality and empathy.It needs to be strengthened and improved. |
