摘    要:目的/意义]旨在构建图书馆未成年人阅读障碍群体服务评价指标体系,为图书馆进行未成年人阅读障碍症群体服务评价提供参考依据。方法/过程]运用德尔菲法分别构建基于图书馆自身评价及未成年人阅读障碍群体(及其家长)的阅读障碍服务评价指标体系。结果/结论]本文构建的指标体系中基于图书馆自身评价的一级指标6个、二级指标18个,基于未成年人阅读障碍群体(及其家长)评价的一级指标6个、二级指标26个。指标体系构建注重多主体评价,突显未成年人阅读障碍群体需求特征。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]The paper is to construct evaluation index system of university’s services for dyslexia groups of minors so as to provide a reference for libraries to evaluate services for dyslexia groups of minors.Method/process]The paper uses the Delphi method to construct a service evaluation index system for dyslexia groups based on library’s self-evaluation and dyslexia groups of minors and their parents.Result/conclusion]In the index system the paper constructed there are 6 first level indexes and 18 second level indexes based on library’s self-evaluation while there are 6 first level indexes and 26 second level indexes based on dyslexia groups of minors and their parents.The construction of index system regards multi-agent evaluation and highlights the demand features of dyslexia groups of minors.
