战略联盟绩效影响因素的实证研究

摘    要:战略联盟合作者间的信任与控制情况是影响联盟绩效的关键要素.在理论分析的基础上,提出了关于信任、控制及其不同方式的相互作用对联盟绩效影响的若干假设,并根据问卷调查的结果进行实证检验,认为①在联盟管理中,理性信任的作用甚微,建立感性信任更有助于提高联盟绩效;②相对于正式控制而言,我国企业采取关系控制更有利于联盟绩效的提高;③对于建立了良好信任关系的合作者,合作双方主要工作是明确合作规则.

Abstract:The situation of trust and control between strategic alliance partners is the key factors which impact the alliance performance. It advances a serial of hypotheses on organizational trust, control and alliance performance as well as the relationship between them in strategic alliance. The Empirical study indicates that alliance performance is higher when emotive trust is stronger and the effective; relationship control is main way to improve alliance performance; the critical work of cooperation management is to build reasonable cooperation rule when cooperating with a good partner.
