| 摘 要： | 基于企业成长理论和社会情感财富理论,本文从成长压力视角探究异质性业绩期望差距对双元创新的影响,并比较二者关系在家族企业与非家族企业中的异同。以2007-2019年中国A股上市公司为样本,研究发现：第一,区分创新类型,企业倾向于调整探索式创新应对业绩期望差距,而非利用式创新;第二,区分业绩期望情境与状态,历史期望差距（包括顺差和落差）与探索式创新显著负相关,行业期望落差与探索式创新为倒U型关系;第三,区分企业性质,家族企业体现出短期损失厌恶和长期风险偏好的双重属性。本文从创新异质性视角拓展了既有文献对业绩期望差距如何影响创新的理解,有助于家族企业和非家族企业管理者在面临不同业绩期望差距时有针对性的调整双元创新投入。

| Abstract: | Based on enterprise growth theory and social emotional wealth theory, this paper explores the impact of heterogeneous performance aspiration gap on ambidextrous innovation from the perspective of growth pressure, and compares the similarities and differences between family firms and non-family firms in the above relationship. Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007-2019, the study found that: first, distinguish the types of innovation, firms tend to adjust exploration innovation to deal with the performance aspiration gap, rather than exploitation innovation. Second, distinguish the performance aspiration situation and state, historical aspiration gap (including positive and negative) is significantly negative related to exploration innovation, negative industry aspiration and exploration innovation is inverted U-shaped relationship. Third, distinguish the nature of the firms, the family firms have the ambidextrous attributes of short-term risk aversion and long-term risk preference. From the perspective of innovation heterogeneity, this paper expands the existing literature"s understanding of how performance aspiration gap affects innovation, and helps family firms and non-family firms decision-makers to adjust ambidextrous innovation investment in the face of different performance aspiration gap. |
