| 摘 要： | 业务流程是企业知识环境的重要组成部分之一．为了有效地实施知识管理，企业就有必要对业务流程中的知识流加以分析并确认企业的知识流程．基于上述观点，从业务流程导向下的知识管理问题出发，对企业业务流程中的知识流进行分析，构建了业务流程环境下的企业知识流框架，提出了基于业务流程的企业知识环境管理策略．

| Abstract: | Business process is one of the important parts of enterprise knowledge environment. In order to implement knowledge management effectively, enterprise needs to analyze the knowledge flow in business process and validate enterprise knowledge process. According to the foregoing viewpoints, from the beginning of research on problems of knowledge management based on business process-oriented, it analyzes knowledge flow in business process, constructs the framework of enterprise knowledge flow under the environment of business process and brings up the solving scheme of enterprise knowledge environment management based on business process in the end. |
