| 摘 要： | 企业知识论认为企业知识是企业获取持续竞争优势的关键性资源，现有对企业知识管理的研究主要从知识资源、知识管理活动、知识管理活动的影响因素三个方面来进行分析。在此，以某软件企业为例，从知识资本、知识管理活动、知识互动网络、知识管理支撑平台四个方面来分析企业知识管理，它们的有机结合和相互协同构成一个完整的企业知识平台。

| Abstract: | The knowledge-based theory of the firm claims that the firm's knowledge is the key resource for a firm to gain the competitive advantages. To manipulate this resource has recently evolved to one of the key research theses not only in the academic field,but in the practical field as well. Various knowledge management frameworks advanced are discussed from at least one of the following three points:the knowledge resources,the knowledge management activities,and the factors that influence the knowledge management activities. Based on these researches,an integrated knowledge management platform is presented,which is discussed from the following four points:knowledge capital,knowledge management activities,interactional knowledge networks,and knowledge management supporting systems. |
