| 摘 要： | 从公司治理结构视角出发,对公司治理结构与公司创新效率关系进行了实证探讨.研究结论证明:董事长持股比例对创新效率影响为正;公司高管持股比例与创新效率高度正相关;监事会主席持股比例对创新效率影响为正;而公司董事会和监事会的规模则对创新效率没有显著影响.另外,研究发现董事长、高管和监事会主席的持股对创新效率影响力存在着差异性.

| Abstract: | It makes an empirical study on the relationship between innovative efficiency and corporate governance structure.The results show that the shareholding ratios of the board chairman,corporate executives and the chairman of the supervisory board all have positive effect on innovative efficiency while the sizes of the board of directors and the board of supervisors have no significant influence.It also discovers that differences exist among the effects of the shareholding ratios of the board chairman,corporate... |
