| Abstract: | It firstly illustrates the logical relation between technology innovation and intellectual property rights, as well as its linkage and interactivity. From the perspective of patent life, it then investigates how the patent life affects technology innovation of the corporation and the benefits of the society. Finally, some important conclusions are presented. |
