| Abstract: | The research on the university researcher's tacit knowledge management is an initiatory topic,and there are many questions to be studied,including how to identify the university researcher's tacit knowledge and to evaluate the university researcher's tacit knowledge management.The former is the foundation for implementing the university tacit knowledge management while the latter is basis for judging whether an university implements the tacit knowledge management or not. |
