| 摘 要： | 本文基于资源基础理论、信号传递理论及制度观等,以我国纺织行业上市公司为研究样本,研究政府补贴对纺织企业研发投入的影响,并分析地区知识产权保护水平与企业所有权性质的调节作用。研究发现:政府补贴在一定界限内会促进研发投入增加,超过一定界限时会产生挤出效应,政府补贴与研发投入之间呈倒U形关系;企业所有权性质与地区知识产权保护水平都有显著调节效应,政府补贴发挥的激励作用在民营企业内更强,在地区知识产权保护水平较高的地方也较强;联合调节作用表现为:当地区知识产权保护水平较高时,政府补贴对研发投入的影响会因为企业所有权性质不同而有较大差异,且在民营企业内促进作用更显著,反之,政府补贴对研发投入的影响程度在国有和民营企业中差异不明显;政府补贴与企业研发投入之间的关系在纺织业、纺织服装业、化纤制造业3个子行业中有区别,政府研发补贴对化纤制造业研发投入激励作用最大,其次是纺织服装业,而纺织业中则不显著。

| Abstract: | Based on the resource-based theory,signal theory and institutional theory,it studied the effect of government subsidy on textile firms’R&D input and the moderating effects of intellectual property right protection and ownership.The results are as following.Government subsidy promotes R&D input within certain boundaries.However,there is crowd-out effect of government subsidy on R&D input when government subsidy exceeds the critical point.The relationship between government subsidy and R&D input is inverted U-shape.The moderating effects of regional intellectual property right protection and ownership are significant.Government subsidy plays a stronger incentive effect on private firms and in areas with a higher level of regional intellectual property right protection.The combined moderating effects are significant.When the level of intellectual property right protection is higher,there are great differences between the effects of government subsidy on state-owned and private firms’R&D input.The incentive effect of government subsidy on private firms’R&D input is greater than that of state-owned firms.On the other hand,when the level of intellectual property protection is low,there are no obvious differences between the effects of government subsidy on state-owned and private firms’R&D inputs.The relationships between government subsidy and R&D input are different in three sub-industries,including textile industry,apparel industry and chemical fiber manufacturing industry.Government subsidy has the greatest incentive effect on R&D input of chemical fiber manufacturing industry,followed by apparel industry,and the effect of government subsidy on textile industry is not significant. |
