| 摘 要： | 与诺贝尔奖评选的“无条件提名-投票制”相比，中国的科学技术评奖制度是一种“有条件申报-评审制”。诺贝尔评奖制度反映了一个时期世界的主流价值观，具有共文化性的特点；中国的评奖制度因为其评奖条件超越了科学技术本身而不具备共文化性的特点。为使我国的科学技术工作跻身于世界先进行列，必须按照共文化性的要求改革我国科学技术的评奖制度。

| Abstract: | Compared to the system of nomination without limitation and selection by vote for the Nobel prize,China's awarding system of S&T prize is the one with canditional application and selection by judgement. The Nobel system reflects the main value of the whole world in a time and has a character of the synculturationity:the Chinese system has no synculturationity because of the applicable requisitions far beyond the science and technology themselves. In order to heighten the level of our country's science and technology and rank it into the advanced level over the world,we must reform our current awarding system of science and technology to meet the requirement of synculturationity. |
