| 摘 要： | 借鉴国外行业协会等民间组织在提供科技中介服务、促进科技进步等方面的成功经验，分析我国科技中介服务体系的发展现状，并指出在科技中介服务体系建设中应充分发挥行业协会等民间组织的联动作用，规范科技中介服务体系的发展，避免科技中介组织服务体系的行政化倾向。

| Abstract: | As the third sector in addition to firm and government, industrial association, a typical NGO,plays an important and unique role in the science and technology intermediary service system. In view of the experience of foreign NGOs such as industrial associations at the aspect of promoting the improvement of science and technology and providing science and technology intermediary service .it analyzes the current development situation of China's science and technology intermediary service system and argues that Chinese NGOs such as industrial associations should be fully involved in the process of establishing and regulating the science and technology intermediary system. In addition,too much government involvements should also be avoided and replaced with NGOs. |
