| Abstract: | Informationalization is the basis of knowledge management in enterprises. It puts forward a development model of knowledge management based on enterprise informationalizatin, and studies the process of constructing innovation mechanism through knowledge management. It surveys the affection caused by informationalization to high technology enterprises, finds problems, and puts forward some suggestions. |
