| 摘 要： | 对传统的C／S模型和新兴的B／S模型的构建进行了描述，C／S和B／S体系为科研管理的网络平台的铺设提供了良好的开发模式。对其的优劣进行比较，并认为这两种模式将会长期协调发展。正确、合理地结合二者的优势，可发挥其最大效益，实现科研管理系统的高效运行。
