| 摘 要： | 制约我国科技中介服务体系建设发展有多种因素,其中主要以国家法制与政策环境不完善,市场运行机制尚未形成,科技资金缺少,科技中介人才匮乏等制约着我国科技中介服务的建设。作者针对上述的因素进行了分析研究,并对存在的问题提出了合理化建议。
