| 摘 要： | 文章简述了高校科研评价具有指标的多样性、评价方式的多样性、评价影响因素较多等几个主要特点,分析了当前高校科研评价中存在科研评价定量化、重科研轻教学、影响良好学风形成等主要问题,并就对改进高校科研评价工作,建立科学的科研评价体系,提出了改革科技评价制度、改进科学评价措施、加强科学道德建设等建议。
