| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是高级科技人才培养的主要方式,文章通过对15年来信息科学领域国家杰出青年科学基金获得者的研究生教育背景的分析,说明研究生教育对于科技领军人才的决定作用,并且分析了中科院研究生院先进的培养机制,为全国的研究生教育提供启示。 |
