信息科学领域科技领军人才成长的研究生教育背景分析

摘    要:研究生教育是高级科技人才培养的主要方式,文章通过对15年来信息科学领域国家杰出青年科学基金获得者的研究生教育背景的分析,说明研究生教育对于科技领军人才的决定作用,并且分析了中科院研究生院先进的培养机制,为全国的研究生教育提供启示。

Abstract:The postgraduates' education is the main way of senior technical talents' cultivation.Through the analysis of the postgraduates' educational background of the gainers of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars during the period of 15 years,this paper sets forth the decisive effect of postgraduates' education on the development of the leading technical talents.Furthermore,the advanced cultivation mechanism of Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences is studied,which will do good for ...
