| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是一种新的发展观念，对高校科研工作的发展具有重要的借鉴意义：科研工作应不断地满足国家经济建设和社会发展的需求；要不断地增强科研储备能力；开展科研工作一定要按客观规律办事；推广、转让科研成果应采取实事求是的态度。为了实现高校科研工作持续发展，其措施应有以下几点：正确认识和把握高校科研工作与持续发展的关系；科研工作一定要突出创新；切实加强高校科研能力建设；不断使科研工作具有持久的活力；建立保证科研工作持续发展的机制；对科研管理人员不断开展业务学习与培训。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development is a new development vision with profound significance in scientific research and education in universities. Scientific research should keep satisfying the demand of national economic construction and social development, and the future development capabilities of scientific research shall be constantly enhanced. We must develop scientific research according to objective roles. The achievements of scientific research should be popularize and transfer in a practical and realistic manner. In order to realize the sustainable development of scientific research work in universities, we should take the following several actions: correctly understand and grasp the relation ship between scientific research work and sustainable development, keep innovating during scientific research, strengthen the abilities of universities on scientific research, instill long-time vigor into scientific research, set up a mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of research work, and continuously train and educates administrative staff. |
