| Abstract: | Solid or abstract essential elements in the scientific research evaluation activity are systematically proposed and analyzed.Those elements include the principal,the objective,the target object,the criterion,the evaluation items,the indicators,the methodology for data processing,the organizing rules,etc.What's more,status of each element in the evaluation activity,and their relationship between each other are also discussed in this paper. |
