高校人力资源开发与管理机制创新的研究

摘    要:在阐述当前高校人力资源开发与管理工作中存在问题的基础上,对知识经济时代下高校人力资源开发与管理机制创新进行了探索与研究,提出了高校人事部门转变人才管理理念,创新选人用人机制;做好人才引进、培养、使用工作;健全科学的激励机制,促进人力资源增值等创新举措,真正使“以人为本、人才第一”的管理理念在高校人力资源开发与管理中得以实施,实现高校跨越式发展。

Abstract:The existence problem foundation in human resource development and the management works elaborate current high schools up,this text to knowledge driven economy ages under the human resource development and the management mechanism innovations of the high school carried on to investigate and research,the personnel section that put forward the high school changes the talented person management principle,the innovation chooses the person with person's mechanism;presents the counter measures in absorbing,cultivating and exerting the talented;Sound science encouraging mechanism,promoting human resource increase in value wait the innovation to raise the resolutions,real can make the management principle of" human-oriented,talented the first" carry out in the human resource development and managements of the high school,carry out the high school cross over type development.
