| Abstract: | The evaluation for young scientists and technicians is related to the development of science and technology. Through the analysis of literatures, this paper defined the concept of young scientists and technicians, and analyzed the typ- ical characteristics of them. The key issues was discussed about the evaluation for young scientists and technicians. Some proposals was put forward at the last part of paper. |
