基于PNN的高校科研能力评价研究

摘    要:目前,我国高校科研能力评价存在评审指标过多、工作复杂、主观性强、准确性低等缺点,难以对高校科研能力正确评价。为了提高高校科研能力评价结果的准确性,在分析影响高校科研能力因素的基础上,利用概率神经网络建立高校科研能力评价模型。Matlab仿真实验表明,该模型提高了高校科研能力评价的准确率,评价结果更加客观、公正,对高校科研能力评价具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:University scientific research ability evaluation is a complex process with multiple factors and subjectivity.It is difficult to appraise university scientific research ability correctly.In order to improve the evaluation accuracy,based on analysis of the influenceialfactors of university scientific research ability,PNNis used to establish the evaluation mathematical model of university scientific research ability.The simulation experiment is carried out with MATLAB.The simulation results show that the model improves the evaluation accuracy of university scientific research ability.The evaluation results are more objective and equitable,and offers certain reference for scientific research ability evaluation.
