| 摘 要： | 人力资本是指凝聚在劳动者身上的知识、技能及其所表现出来的能力,它是经济增长的关键因素。对人力资源的投资形成人力资本,最重要的投资形式是教育,所以,教育对经济的发展具有特殊的意义。文章通过建立一个人力资本作用机制模型,解释了人力资本对经济的作用机制。
