| 摘 要： | 我校的科研管理工作已经在科研经费、科研成果、知识产权等方面取得了较大成绩，在此基础上进一步提出了科研管理工作必须实行创新管理的新思路。介绍了我校科研工作创新管理在政策观念、制度措施、完善内部管理措施和建立科研信息管理系统等方面的新举措。
